- Any orders placed can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. This is because our delivery hero will be heading to the pickup location already. All such cancellations will be fully refunded.
- If you want to cancel an order that is too close to the pickup time, please contact AladdinDelivery and a cancellation can be made on exceptional basis. This may result in a full, partial or no refund.
- For orders which are made to a store, the delivery charges will only be 50% refunded if the delivery hero reaches the store and finds it closed. It is the customer’s responsibility to call the store and ensure that it is open before placing an order.
