2. Click on Book a Pickup
3. Fill in the pickup details and ‘Submit Order’

All our drivers are extensively trained and incentivised to keep your items safe. In the unlikely event that a damage or loss happens, please contact our customer service at 89213 34990.

Hazardous, explosive, flammable and unsafe items
Valuable items (e.g. cash, gold, etc.)
Credit cards or ATM cards
Illegal items and substances (e.g. Pornographic magazines, Poisonous or toxic substances).
Items that cannot be reproduced (e.g. Examination certificates, passports and insurance documentations, tapes and film).
Any unpacked / loose/ unprotected items that can easily be damaged in transit.
Any item(s) of an aggregate value exceeding Rs. 10,000/-
Bullion, currency in any denomination, tax stamps / stickers, bearer forms or negotiable instruments, precious metals / stones.

*AladdinDelivery shall not be responsible for providing services protecting food from heat or cold. Risks of damaging food shall be borne solely by customers.
